Security testing for businesses

We find the weak spots in your business before hackers do.

We check everything companies usually get hacked through: work email and staff, accounts and cloud services, the website, apps and APIs. Then we tell you in plain words what to fix first.

30 minutes online with the founder. We tell you what to check first and how long it takes. We never touch your systems without written permission.

Our experience

What we learned in Ukrainian banks now works for your business

Our team has worked on the security of many Ukrainian banks, as well as government bodies and law enforcement. There a mistake is very expensive, so we are used to checking carefully and explaining simply. We never name clients: everything is under NDA.

Services

What we check: people, access, products and the perimeter

Companies are not hacked only through their website. Often it is an email to an employee, a contractor's old access or a forgotten service. We check each area on its own or several together in one program.

Where to start in your situation

Not sure what to pick? We will sort out your situation in 30 minutes. For companies that already run security seriously we also do Red Team, under a separately agreed scenario and limits.

Flagship

Veiltrack Security Program: several checks, one action plan

Email, access, the website and your people are connected. So we check the areas you need together and give you one report: what to fix first. We only take the modules you actually need.

When it makes sense

When it is time to test now

Recognise your situation in at least one line? That is a reason to talk.

  • Before launching a new product or a major update
  • Before a major integration or a new API
  • After significant infrastructure changes or a migration
  • Before moving into enterprise accounts
  • A partner, client or regulator asks for independent validation
  • Security has not been checked for a long time, or ever
  • Security is checked only by the in-house team
  • The business has grown, but nobody has reviewed who can access email and key accounts
  • A customer account area or a new payment method has appeared
How we work

Six steps from the first call to closed risks

We do not touch your systems until the scope is agreed in writing.

  1. 01

    Short review

In 30 minutes we learn how your business works and what most needs checking.

  2. 02

    Boundaries and authorisation

We pick the areas and fix the scope, timeline and price. Active testing only after written permission.

  3. 03

    Testing

Depending on the task: external review, pentest, assessment or phishing simulation.

  4. 04

    Results

We show what we found, what it means for the business and what to fix first.

  5. 05

    Fixes

The client's team closes the issues. We explain the technical details where needed.

  6. 06

    Retest

We test the fixes again, or repeat the phishing simulation and compare the results.

Outcome

A report your team can act on the next day

What we found, what it means for the business, what to fix first, and a check after the fixes.

Confirmed findings

Only verified problems: vulnerabilities, excess access, risky settings or risky actions in a phishing test.

Priority

What is critical and has to be closed first, and what can wait.

Business context

What exactly could happen to client data, money or day-to-day work. In plain words management understands.

Technical recommendations

What specifically the team should change, not "raise the level of security".

Joint walkthrough

We go through the results on a call and answer the team's questions.

Retest

After the fixes we check again and confirm the problem is closed.

And what does the first conversation already give?
  • You will understand what actually makes sense to test in your case
  • Which format fits your situation
  • What is needed on your side to start
  • What the next step is and on what timeline

The first call is a consultation. We do not test your systems on it: active work starts only after an agreed scope and written permission.

Founder of Veiltrack · Cybersecurity team lead

I lead a cybersecurity team. Since 2019 I have run 170+ penetration tests for 80+ companies. I have worked on the security of many Ukrainian banks and payment systems, as well as government bodies and law enforcement.

I test systems the same way a real attacker does — from the outside, with no hints and no access from within.

  • Cybersecurity team lead — financial sector, banks, crypto exchanges, e-commerce (2024–2026)
  • Security Engineer — building security from scratch for a SaaS product under NDA (2022–2024)
  • Audits of the public sector and law enforcement · open-source research · dark web intelligence · physical security — confidential, NDA (2021–2023)
  • Pentester — banks and payment systems, a confidential consulting company, NDA (2019–2021)

Context

How companies in your niche get breached

The most common risk classes by sector. On the call we show which of them apply to you.

SaaS and agencies

Access to client data

  • Access to other people's data through your own CRM or admin panel
  • Weak authentication in work accounts
  • No two-factor login where it matters most
  • Content substituted inside a customer's account
Healthcare

Downtime and pressure on the business

  • Unprotected booking and upload forms
  • Ransomware arriving through an email to an employee
  • Insufficient protection of the patient database
  • Weak administrator passwords
E-commerce and fintech

Money, orders and payments

  • Brute-forcing access to the admin panel
  • Payment page substitution
  • Access to other people's orders and payments through the API
  • Exposed storage holding customer data
The approach in brief

How we look at a company's security

Fit

Who we are right for, and who should wait

A good fit

  • You have a digital product: a website, a web application or an API
  • You store client or employee data
  • You have cloud accounts and work email for the team
  • You need independent validation for a partner or a client
  • You are preparing for a launch, an integration or entering a new market
  • You want to understand the real level of risk, not get a formal report

Not the best moment yet

  • There is no digital presence or services that could be tested
  • Security is not currently among the company's priorities
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

With a short call. We work out where your client data lives, who can access email and key accounts, and which services face the internet. One task needs one service. If the risks sit in several places, we suggest the Veiltrack Security Program.
We agree the boundaries of the assessment and the methods before any work starts. We perform no destructive actions unless that is agreed separately. If needed, we work in a window that suits your team, or on a separate environment.
It depends on the service. An external review needs only public information. A pentest can be run as an outside attacker or deeper, with test accounts or code. A cloud review sometimes needs limited read-only access. Everything is agreed in advance.
Your team runs the systems every day and knows them well. That is exactly why some things inside have become normal to them. We look independently, from the outside, and hand the results to your people. One does not replace the other.
Passive research only: public information, open sources and third-party index data. No active requests to your systems, no access checks, no attempts to use what we find. The active part begins strictly after the boundaries are agreed and authorised in writing.
A short call to understand your business, and an agreed scope. Then written permission for active work and a contact person on your side. Any access we need is agreed at the same step.
It depends on what we check: how many systems, accounts and people, and which areas. We fix the timeline and price before we start, once the scope is agreed. That is why there is no fixed price list on the site.
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any work begins. We do not disclose clients: every example we mention publicly is anonymised.
