Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This policy describes how sole proprietor Vladyslav Yuriiovych Kraievskyi (Veiltrack) collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of veiltrack.io.
By using the site or submitting a request you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. What data we collect
Through the form on the site we collect:
- First and last name
- Work email
- The company domain or website
- Telegram or phone — if you provided them yourself (optional field)
Together with the request, technical details of the visit are saved automatically: the page the form was sent from, the service area, the referring website address, advertising campaign tags from the link (utm), the IP address and the browser string. This data is needed to understand where enquiries come from and is not used for profiling.
We do not collect payment details, passwords or any other sensitive information.
3. How we use the data
The collected data is used solely for:
- Contacting you about the consultation you requested
- Preparing a personal security review for your business
- Sending the materials you requested
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties without your consent.
4. Data storage
The data is stored on the server of the site's hosting provider (Hostinger). Site traffic passes through the content delivery service Cloudflare. A copy of the request is sent to the Veiltrack work mailbox.
We keep the data for 12 months or until you request its deletion.
5. Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" you have the right to:
- Obtain access to your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Withdraw consent to the processing of your data

6. Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking systems. To remember the source of a visit within a tab, the browser's built-in storage (sessionStorage) is used — it is cleared as soon as you close the tab.
7. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at veiltrack.io/privacy
